Bug Description
Guy on Reddit found a bug in Claude Code caching: https://www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeAI/comments/1s7mkn3/psa_claude_code_has_two_cache_bugs_that_can/
The first one may not affect most users, but the second one would affect anyone who uses --resume or -p and --resume.
So a whole use case of Claude Code is currently somewhat broken.
