[Feature Request] Support command piping moving plan mode between steps

Bug Description
add support or pipeline of commands. meaning one command output, can be an input to the next command(or not). during each step, it goes back to plan mode.

this way we can achieve full pipeline of deveopment.
for example, read a jira-ticket and optimize it -> read the optimized jira and implement it -> create a pr and push it -> find bugs -> fix bugs
