[FEATURE] moving titles

Problem Statement

Its hard to read entire conversation titles sometimes especially when they continue form previous requests.

i have no idea what this is "This session is being continued from a previous conversation that ran out of context. The conversation is summarized below: Analysis: Let me chronologically analyze this conversation: **Initial Reque…" so i now have to open up multiple claude and selcet each to see which is which since i was doing multiple tasks

Proposed Solution

If a conversation title moved when selected so we could see the entire title that would be great or even allow us to manually press left and right buttons to move the title left and right ourselves.

Alternative Solutions

allow us to resize conversation titles id rather see them smaller if we could see more info

alternatively shorten this
