[BUG] Idle time is included in session time

What's Wrong?

If I leave VS Code open and leave my computer the session continues.

What Should Happen?

Claude should prompt after no activity for 5 minutes to check if the user wants to continue with the session. If there's no response within a minute, the session should close.
