Feature: SSH remote execution mode for ralph/autopilot

OMC execution modes (ralph, autopilot, ultrawork) should support remote execution via SSH. Currently all execution is local. Use case: deploying Docker stacks, creating Directus collections, running n8n workflows on remote servers (MS02) from CC on UKDUO.
