[BUG] Organization enabled unlimited extra usage but got extra usage error.

What's Wrong?

I work in a team of 8 members and we have a PRO Subscription with unlimited extra usage enabled and properly configured. However, today I got extra usage error using claude code in terminal. I used to got the error frequently before my boss unlimited extra used, but after that, this is the first time.

What Should Happen?

I was not supposed to get the extra usage error because my organization unlimited extra usage.
