[Bug] Rate limit consumption exceeds expected rate on 20x max plan

Bug Description
What the hell is going on with the limits? I'm at 64% weekly limit with 4 days left until reset on 20x max plan. It's going up way faster than before, since you officially stated these limits have not been reduced - I think there is a bug.
