[Bug] Terminal history randomly disappears during sub-agent execution

Bug Description
Sometimes the terminal history of the claude code chat just disappears randomly during conversations, usually when we're using sub agents and they finish their work, which means that even though we didn't compact we lose the previous context for us to look at
