  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

This is a repeat of a now closed bug [#8036] while using 2.1.87 I received a prompt for feedback. I have CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_FEEDBACK=1, CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_NONESSENTIAL_TRAFFIC=1 and I am on vertex ai. I haven't been prompted for months., until today. It didn't go away until I exited and started claude code again. Related, your docs: https://claudefa.st/blog/guide/settings-reference, mention this setting but no longer show an example of how to use it. Is it supposed to be 1/0? true/false? They used to show 1 turned it off but that is not obvious anymore.

What Should Happen?

I shouldn't be prompted.

Steps to Reproduce

The feedback % is set so low that this is not easily reproducible. You know the code better than I, it is probably 1/1000 sessions or something.
