Claude Pro Subscription Shows API Limit Reached in Claude Code Despite No Usage

i just bought cloud pro subscription to use cloud code in anti-gravity but when I send a message to cloud code in anti-gravity it says API limits has been reached even though I just bought it and didn't used any of it. My usage limit is zero so I don't know why it is saying that

What Should Happen?

It should have run without any error because I bought a Claude Pro subscription.
