[Bug] Symlink not updated after `claude --upgrade` command

Bug Description
claude --upgrade downloads new versions to ~/.local/share/claude/versions/ but does not update the symlink at ~/.local/bin/claude, so the old version continues to run after upgrade. Users must manually re-point the symlink to the new version directory after every upgrade.
