[BUG] Claude Code GitHub review stuck running for 5+ hours on PR

What's Wrong?

Claude Code review was triggered on a PR and has been stuck in a "running" state for over 5 hours. It was processing a single commit.

I uninstalled the Claude GitHub App to try to stop it, but the check is still showing as running on GitHub.

Details:

• The review was triggered on a single commit
• It appeared to hang/get stuck after starting
• Uninstalling the GitHub App did not stop the in-flight run
• The check has been in "running" state for 5+ hours
