[BUG] Don't have access to Google Drive in Claude & Claude Work - even though it's Connected in UI

What's Wrong?

I tried to enable Google Drive in my Claude Chat / Settings. It's marked as Connected in settings, but it's not accessible to Claude in the Chat or Cowork session.

I heard from Claude that there was a previous related ticket filed - https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/30457

I've done all the troubleshooting steps: disconnected and reconnected, updated Claude, started a new chat session, force refreshed. Nothing has worked.

I did hear that other folks at my company are successfully using Drive.

What Should Happen?

Claude should be able to read Drive files
