j/k navigation works in /resume dialog but not /mcp dialog

Description

The j/k vim-style keybindings work for navigating the /resume dialog (Message Selector context) but do not work in the /mcp server selection dialog. Only arrow keys work in /mcp.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code CLI
2. Type /resume — use j and k to navigate the list. Works.
3. Cancel, then type /mcp — use j and k to navigate the server list. Does not work.

Expected Behavior

j/k navigation should work consistently across all selection/list dialogs, including /mcp.
