Feature Request - Hooks UI should allow editing a hook

Description

Using the hooks "UI" (/hooks), I can view, add, and delete hooks - but I can't edit them. If I go in and select the hook/matcher/command, it just asks if I want to delete it. I want the ability to edit it as well.

Problem

Hooks UI forces users outside of the /hooks primary management interface if they want to edit hooks (or forces them to delete and then write a "new" one).
