[Feature Request] Implement uncertainty quantification and validation checkpoints before executing costly operations

Bug Description
CC is FAR too often ‘certain’ of his answers and actions; I’m not paying that price for SO MANY mistakes that end up costing me ten times as much in the end. When you ask Claude ten times, “Have you checked that this is actually what needs to be done?” and he’s certain… and the result is all too often wrong… I’ve chosen to go along with you, but competitors and other solutions are available.
