What's Wrong?

Ugh!!! Title says it all. I HATE this auto-renaming of chats. I start every chat with 3-5 words in ALL CAPS that describes what my session is going to be about. My session history used to be a beautiful list and my tabs used to be beautifully organized. Now every handful of messages the entire name of the chat changes and it's INFURIATING.

Please add a toggle to disable this automatic behavior in settings, thank you!

What Should Happen?

A setting added to VSC that allows me to disable or enable this.
