[BUG] --channels plugin:telegram@claude-plugins-official shows typing indicator but messages don't appear in terminal

What's Wrong?

Description:

• Claude Code version: 2.1.84
• When sending a message to the Telegram bot, the bot shows "typing..." status in Telegram (proves it receives the

message)

• But the message never appears in the Claude Code terminal/session
• Outbound tools work fine (reply/react), only inbound is broken

What Should Happen?

Telegram bot should reply to the messages I sent
