[BUG] No way to reconnect dropped SSH connection

What's Wrong?

When connection drops, the SSH tries to reconnect. However, when a password request is not prompted again, there doesn't seem to be a way to reconnect.

What Should Happen?

"reconnect" button at the bottom that refreshes the connection, reprompting the pass input

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Claude Code, have a session connected to SSH
2. Close the laptop
3. Reopen the laptop. See the icon at the bottom of the session trying to reconnect indefinitely
