Console Authentication Issues

Description
I'm experiencing authentication issues when trying to log in to the Claude Platform/Console with my account.
Additional Context
The support system is also not functioning properly. I've had multiple unsuccessful support conversations:

Expected Behavior
Should be able to authenticate and access the Claude Console normally.
Actual Behavior
Authentication fails. Support chat system is bugged and doesn't resolve the issue.
