[BUG] Can't even start hook due to stupid mkdir error since 2.1.80

What's Wrong?

Go fix this issue, this has available since 2.1.80 and, you still ignore this, bruh.
I can't even use /feedback to report. This is too bad.

What Should Happen?

Hook should be able to fire
