What's Wrong?
Go fix this issue, this has available since 2.1.80 and, you still ignore this, bruh.
I can't even use /feedback to report. This is too bad.
What Should Happen?
Hook should be able to fire

Ran 1 stop hook (ctrl+o to expand)

already exists, mkdir

Steps to Reproduce
make a Stop and PermissionRequest hook in window.
