[Feature Request] Auto-scroll should respect manual scrolling up during active operations

If I scroll up to read an old reply while Claude Code is working on something, maybe because I want to check something, maybe because I missed something, maybe because Claude Code was too fast for me, it always scrolls down again whenever a new reply or result comes in. This way I'm not able to read old messages while Claude Code is working. I would suggest that Claude Code only keeps scrolling down automatically when I'm already at the last message and didn't scroll up.
