[Bug] Terminal display duplicates content when scrolling during active operations

Bug Description
when i scroll up in the terminal while claude is working and it makes a change, it duplicates all the content of the terminal to the point of where i scrolled away from - it kinda looks like it started a new chat with the entire old chat but with that new new change (it's not actually that it's just a visual bug). it's not really annoying i just have to scroll all the way down but it could be confusing to some people who don't notice what happened and would be lost on where they currently are.
