[BUG] bun process spawned by claude code telegram channel consumes 100% CPU

What's Wrong?

I tried to use telegram channel plugin and noticed a bun process consuming 100% CPU.
After some time one more bun process has the same issue.
During the day I have 3-4 processes with 100% CPU consumption each

What Should Happen?

Don't spawn bun process with 100% CPU consumption

1. run claude --channels plugin:telegram@claude-plugins-official
2. setup telegram bot
3. Get a message an verify Claude replies
4. wait 1 day
