[BUG] Voice chat loops/repeats on mobile + desktop, Remote Control unusable, Code projects not visible on mobile (Max $200/mo plan)

What's Wrong?

1. Voice chat should respond once clearly, then wait for input — no looping or repeating
2. 2. Remote Control should work from the desktop Electron app without needing a separate npm CLI install. Max plan users should approve Code tasks from mobile seamlessly
3. 3. Desktop Code projects/sessions should be visible in the Claude mobile app

What Should Happen?

1. Voice chat should respond once clearly, then wait for input — no looping or repeating
2. Remote Control should work from the desktop Electron app without needing a separate npm CLI install. Max plan users should be able to approve Code tasks from the mobile app seamlessly
3. Desktop Code projects/sessions should be visible and accessible from the Claude mobile app

Steps to Reproduce

Voice Issue:

1. Open Claude app (mobile or desktop)
2. Start a voice conversation
3. Speak a message and wait for response
4. Voice cuts in and out, then starts repeating itself
5. Repeating continues even when user is silent

Remote Control Issue:

1. Open Claude Code desktop app (Electron, v2.1.78) on Windows 10
2. Try /remote-control in session → "Unknown skill"
3. Try claude remote-control in terminal → command not found (desktop app doesn't install CLI to PATH)
4. Open Claude mobile app → no desktop Code sessions visible

Project Sync Issue:

1. Create projects in Claude Code desktop app
2. Open Claude mobile app
3. No desktop Code projects appear anywhere
