[BUG] API Error: Rate limit reached in Cowork — persisting for days, account-level bug

What's Wrong?

I am experiencing a persistent "API Error: Rate limit reached" error in Cowork that has continued for several days despite normal usage levels. Claude Chat works fine on the same account, confirming this is not a genuine usage limit issue.
I have already tried all standard troubleshooting steps (restarting, going back to earlier messages, waiting) with no resolution. I have also contacted support with no response.
This matches known issues #33120 and #34068 reported by other users, where the suspected cause is a corrupted rate limit state incorrectly applied at the account level on Anthropic's backend.

What Should Happen?

I am requesting a server-side reset of the Cowork rate limit state for my account.

Error Messages/Logs

Error message displayed: API Error: Rate limit reached
Additional context:

Error appears immediately on every action, every session, every day for [X] days
No processing delay before the error — it is instant
Claude Chat works normally on the same account simultaneously
No concurrent API usage on the account
Standard troubleshooting steps have not resolved the issue (restarting, waiting, going back to earlier messages)

Steps to Reproduce

Log into Claude.ai with my account
Open Cowork
Type any message and send
Immediately receive "API Error: Rate limit reached"
Open Claude Chat on the same account — works fine with no errors

Last Working Version

Last working version: Unknown — I am a consumer user and do not have visibility into version numbers. Cowork was working normally until approximately [ 22-23rd March - the date it stopped working], after which every session has returned this error immediately.
