Add timestamps to conversation messages in the UI

When having long-running sessions (e.g. waiting for builds), it's hard to tell how much time has passed between messages since the UI doesn't show any timestamps.

Feature request: Display timestamps on each message in the conversation UI.

This would help with:

• Knowing how long you've been waiting for background tasks
• Understanding the timeline of a long session
• General context when scrolling through conversation history
