Added everything to git

It has happened two times in the midst of the project, that to make a git commit, claude code did sth like git add -A that adds everything (or other git commands with that effect), for example .venv.

It was clear from context that it shouldn't have. When I hinted, it said that it has done a "major mistake".

Given its mastery in git/bash commands, and that it happened two times, may be the cause of that is a problem in model fine-tuning.

Claude Code: 1.0.53 or one earlier, both cases in last 5 days
