What You Asked Claude to Do

I asked Claude why I am not able to use Claude anymore when my Session usage is 23% and have consumed only 7% of the Weekly limit. I do not use any other feature of Claude - Like Claude Code etc. I have no file uploaded into my Project folder - It is empty. Still I am not able to access Claude. Even if I start a new Chat.

What Claude Actually Did

Claude told me there is a ' hidden ceiling' that is applied 'Discretionarily' and it is not visible to user. It also admits that my usage is low but does not specify what limit was exceeded.

This is also termed as a fringe-issue.

Expected Behavior

Claude should transparently message what limit is exceeded. A limit that is known only to Claude and not to the user does not help users plan and overcome the limit.
