[Bug] Claude confuses memory storage with local file writes, ignoring explicit .md file requests

Bug Description
I have been insanely frustrated with your AI's confusing memories and writing .md files. I always explicitly say write a .md file, and instead it writes a memory. Please make your AI clearly distinguish memories from local files. It always messes me up 10/20 prompts
