[BUG] False rate limit error despite 0-4% usage

What's Wrong?

Claude Code is giving false API Rate Limit error alerts.

My usage is at 4%

And I am getting API rate limit error in my VS Code | Claude Code session

What Should Happen?

The before giving rate limit errors it should be checking Session/Weekly limits

API Error: Rate limit reached

Steps to Reproduce

Not sure, I opened VS Code from last night's Session , and in the morning I got this error

API Error: Rate limit reached
