What Claude Actually Did

Continually ignored explicit instructions

Expected Behavior

Claude evaluated his own performance and noted he was continually failing to follow his own instructions and when ask why he wasnt following his own instructions he said he was just trying to rush to get it done. Opus 4.6?

nofiles affected. trying to create a dashboard project.

Accept Edits was ON (auto-accepting changes)

Yes, every time with the same prompt

Steps to Reproduce

5 projects and it was the exact same thing. Claude even noted he repeated behaviour over 3 projects was the same.

CLaude said he knew where he failed and knows now what to do. I asked him to list all the skills and MCP he envoked and he said none. I asked why not you wrote it in your own rules and he said tried to get it done fast. I said list all the tools you want to use for this project and he did. I ask will you use them this time. yes. then didnt. on and on
