What's Wrong?
Conversation history in Claude Code Desktop app disappears after a system reboot, but persists after simply closing and reopening the application.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open Claude Code Desktop app
- Have some conversations
- Close the application, then reopen → conversations are still visible in the left sidebar ✅
- Reboot the computer, then open the application → all conversations are gone ❌
Expected Behavior:
Conversation history should persist after a system reboot, just as it does after closing and reopening the app.
Environment:
- OS: Windows 10 Enterprise (10.0.19045)
