[Feature Request] Add Neovim integration for viewing Claude output and streaming responses

Feature Description
I think there should be a way to use Neovim to view the output of Claude rather than just using Neovim to have the input. I think there's really something there that people would use for workflows and it would make it a lot nicer. Also, you should be able use Neovim to view the streaming output while it's streaming. Thank you.
