[BUG] Pasting Text Does Not Work in Neovim Terminal Tab

What's Wrong?

When claude is opened from within a neovim terminal tab (:term) and you attempt to paste text it does not consistently work. The text is always partially pasted with chunks / lines omitted. Occasionally it'll work showing the [5 lines pasted]

What Should Happen?

Pasting text should work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start neovim
2. Run :term to open a terminal
3. Run claude
4. Attempt to paste multi-line text.
