Allow Claude to rename the current session

Feature Request

Allow Claude to rename the current session during a conversation. Currently /rename is only available as a user typed slash command and Claude cannot execute it.

Use Case

When context changes during a conversation, Claude should be able to rename the session to reflect the current context automatically. This eliminates an extra manual step for the user.

Proposed Solution

Make /rename accessible to Claude as a tool or built in capability, so Claude can set the session display name without requiring the user to type the command manually.

Current Workaround

Users must manually type /rename <name> after context changes.
