[Bug] Dotnet build processes not cleaned up, causing resource exhaustion on macOS

Bug Description
When claude code runs 'dotnet build', it creates instances of dotnet processes in the macos system. They're never stopped and stack up untill all system resources are depleted. The more projects in a solution are involved, the more dotnet instances are created in one run.
