Repeated stuck/laggy sessions (5th occurrence)

Description

Claude Code repeatedly gets stuck/becomes unresponsive across multiple sessions — this has now happened 5 times.

Environment

• Claude Code version: 2.1.81
• OS: macOS (Darwin 25.3.0)
• Shell: zsh
• Project type: Flutter/Dart
• Model: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context)

Configuration

• Plugins enabled: swift-lsp@claude-plugins-official (v1.0.0)
• MCP servers: Figma MCP
• Hooks: None
• Global permissions: Bash(*), Edit, Write

Reproduction

• Happens repeatedly — 5 stuck sessions so far
• Working directory is a Flutter project (/app subdirectory of a monorepo)
• No specific trigger identified; sessions become unresponsive during normal use

Notes

• Swift LSP plugin is enabled globally but the project is Flutter/Dart (has some Swift in ios/ dir)
• Figma MCP server is also loaded
• No custom hooks configured
