[BUG] Multiple Conversations Stuck, no token usage , no response for over 15 minutes as of 3:53 PST

What's Wrong?

Nothing is happening in the conversations. I have four conversations going and there are no tokens and no time being used

What Should Happen?

Claude should be able to reply to me and he's not. He's stuck. I've restarted several times and I just upgraded to the newest Claude code like it told me to. I also started a new conversation and nothing happened
