This is indeed happening for me as well this evening. Started about an hour ago. No known version update.

Environment Information:
  - OS: Linux 5.15.167.4-microsoft-standard-WSL2 (WSL2 on Windows)
  - Platform: x86_64
  - Node.js: v18.20.8
  - Claude Code v1.0.53
