[BUG] Cannot view previous prompts in conversation history

What's Wrong?

I am not able to see any of my prompts in Claude Code web version. I even type in a new prompt, I do get the answer, but the prompt never appears on the screen after I press Enter. That's a huge problem. I need to see what I wrote many times to remember what issue I'm tackling. It's really important that we see our prompts please

What Should Happen?

We need to see our prompts displayed in the conversation thread.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Type a prompt.
2. Press Enter.
3. Your prompt will appear in the thread, but it will disappear when the answer appears on the screen.
