[Bug] /btw command race condition causes "unknown skill: btw" error

Bug Description
when using /btw appears to be sensitive to a race condition with the response, in my case i get "unknown skill: btw" and amber colored error message like "Args from unknown skill: this is my message from btw with stuff i asked"
