[Feature Request] Display user rejection reason and previous plan context when plan is rejected

Bug Description
At first after a plan, and I reject the plan and say something I get to clearly see why I rejected the plan, I mean the text of why I am rejecting it. But right now I only see the plan markdown diff with a simple message as "Tool use rejected"

This terrible, becuase most of the time, I want to go up and view what I said earlier, but I can't. And also if we can see the previus plan full doc too, that will be very good.
