VS Code: "Fork conversation from here" context menu options not working

Description

The three context menu options that appear when right-clicking a message in the VS Code extension chat panel do not work — clicking them has no visible effect:

• Fork conversation from here
• Rewind code to here
• Fork conversation and rewind code

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Claude Code in the VS Code extension
2. Have an ongoing conversation with multiple messages
3. Right-click on a previous message in the chat
4. Click any of the three options listed above
5. Nothing happens

Environment

• OS: Windows 11
• IDE: VS Code (native extension)
