[FEATURE] dont snap to bottom when new content comes from claude

Problem Statement

I like to scroll up and read stuff and I get interrupted and snapped to the bottom when Claude Code outputs more content. I dont think its my terminal doing this: I think its the TUI within Claude Code. please add option to disable.

Proposed Solution

dont snap to bottom if setting says not to.
