Auto aproval dont work

I am using claude in VS Code
I have to work on other fronts... and i cannot be in front of the monitor all day pressing yes, yes, yes, yes, yes all day
And i cannot be a baby sitter for Claude
The auto aproval should work
It is very anoying and not productive to have to aprove every little thing like reading a file
It is like dealing with a stuburn baby
Please give me a solution
