[BUG] /login flow gets triggered when message starts with /login

What's Wrong?

I wrote /login handler works well, replicate it in other flows and Claude Code required me to select how I want to authorized. After 4 attempts I thought I got banned. After 6 I realized that prefixing my request with the fixes the issue, The /login handler ... doesn't trigger this.

What Should Happen?

Don't trigger login flow for messages starting with /login.
