[BUG] --dangerously-skip-permissions not working on latest release v2.1.78

What's Wrong?

I run sessions with --dangerously-skip-permissions but claude still asks me for permission to edit files

it shouldn't do that

start a session with --dangerously-skip-permissions
Ask for something a bit more complex that touched sensitive files.
See if it asks for permission.
