Bug Description
Claude updating a plan doesnt display the plan first, it just says updated plan /plan to preview but running that doesnt work
Environment Info
- Platform: win32
- Terminal: windows-terminal
- Version: 2.1.78

To reproduce just ask plan to update an existing plan, when you see Updated plan then run
⎿ /plan to preview/plan and it will just enter plan mode, not display the plan.
