[Bug] Anthropic API Error: HTTP 500 Message Overload with Incorrect Token Count Warning

Bug Description
getting message overload error 500 - also seeing warning that claude.md file is over 99k characters. just checked and thats not true. total 52k of context with 38.6k on memory files.
